FAQs + Shop Policies

1. What is your refund/exchange policy?

All sales of digital products and memberships are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase is made and the product is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We firmly believe in the quality of our digital printables and memberships, and we strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction. However, since our products are intangible and delivered digitally, they cannot be returned.

If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product or membership, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to assisting you and ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products and services.

2. Do I have to be a member to get your prints?

No, you don't.

While I have designed my membership to give you the greatest value, I do offer prints for individual purchase in my shop. However, please be aware that the shop does not include all of our designs. Members get exclusive access to certain designs every launch, but we also put many of our seasonal printables back into The Vault. So, if there is something you can't find you can always reach out, but it's probably part of our members only content or it is back in The Vault until the time rolls around again.

3. Do I need a printer?

A printer would be helpful, but it isn't necessary and still budget friendly! Our favorite way to print our sets if we're going this route is at our local UPS store (Staples works too!) or Walgreens Photo for Wall Art. Be sure you print on cardstock because it makes your prints beautiful and sturdy!

4. What kind of paper do you use to print?

All of my designs are created with options for anyone to print at home, meaning they fit any standard 8 1/2" x 11" printer paper. 

I do recommend sturdier paper, like card stock, for most of my products like pennants, tags, greeting cards, activity sheets, etc.

5. I only see one file in downloads. Help!

Yes, that's because it's our sets are a sing PDF file with many pages. Sometimes we include a JPEG for the art. Otherwise, open the file and use your finger or mouse to scroll through and you will find what you're looking for. 

6. The colors aren't printing correctly! 

This would be an issue with your personal printer. Our suggestion is to replace your ink/toner. However, if you are printing on a commercial printer, that usually is a problem with the settings. Not all printers are created equal.

7. I can't find what I'm looking for. 

You can use the search bar and type in what you're looking for or even use the filter setting to find the holiday or occasion you want. However, please be aware that we move items to "The Vault" as some of our digital products are "limited time" products. We will occasionally choose at our discretion when to re-release those items. Furthermore, some digital products may be retired ones to make room for new and improved designs.

8. I purchased a product, but I can't find it on my computer.

Occasionally, issues may arise due to user error or personal software settings, which might be challenging for us to address directly. Please check your corresponding downloads folder on your computer or on your phone to locate your freshly purchased digital products. If the issue persists, please let us know and we will check our end.

If your purchase was made over a month ago, we kindly request you to log in to the shop using the account email through which you made the purchase and search your purchase history. You can also log in to your email directly and search there using keywords like Grace Collective Shop if you don't make a habit of deleting old emails. Please note that it's not our practice to search for and resend download links, as this falls outside our scope of responsibility. Customers are expected to manage and maintain records of their own purchases. Additionally, your product may be retired and not available for us to access.

 

Commercial Questions

1. Can I use your designs or printables to sell in my shop? 

We have a commercial membership option where any of these types of questions are answered! You can find the Commercial Membership page here.

2. Do you make exclusive designs?

I do so long as they are not in violation of copyrights or trademarks (I am ever learning these things)! I will not say yes to those type of requests even if it's a grey area to my knowledge. I get a high number of design requests. Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to accept every one that we receive. Please be aware that there is a design fee. Please contact me at hello@gracecollectiveshop.com with your idea. If we make a good fit and I have space in my calendar, I'll be in contact as soon as possible. Please be aware that I do not accept requests for rushed designs. 

Collaborations

1. Do you do collaborations with other brands?

Yes, I absolutely do! I include brands often in my DIY ideas alongside our product. Please contact me at hello@gracecollectiveshop.com with your idea. If we make a good fit, I'll be in contact as soon as possible.

2. I'm interested in being an Affiliate for your shop. What do I need to do?

We announce Brand Rep Opportunites on Instagram. There is an application process. Please follow along on Instagram here and subscribe to notifications for posts and stories when applications open.
