If I cancel my subscription, when does it end?

Your membership will end the moment you click cancel and you will no longer get access to our printables library at a 100 percent discount. Remember that we do not refund memberships due to the nature of our digital content.

I'm a commercial member, but the listings say personal use only.

Ignore those terms. That is what the public sees. You still function under The Commercial License Agreement no matter what that says.
