The Thanksgiving Helper: Interactive Thanksgiving Dinner Planner

Hosting Thanksgiving this year? I tried to think of everything so you don't have to.

The Thanksgiving Helper is an interactive Thanksgiving dinner planner. Tell it when you want to eat, how many people are coming, and what's on your menu, and it does the planning math for you. It's incredible for first-time hosts, and a lifesaver if you've hosted before and still end up running around at 2 pm.

What it does for you

• Builds your countdown, from the day the turkey goes in the fridge to thaw all the way to dinner
• Works your cooking schedule backward from dinner time, and flags it when two dishes need the oven at different temperatures
• Sizes your recipes for your crowd, including box mixes
• Turns your menu into a shopping list sorted by store and aisle, with spots for online orders and "order by" dates
• Keeps track of who's bringing what
• Flags recipes that might be a problem for guests with food allergies
• Plans for overnight guests, if anyone is staying over
• Splits the cost between families and opens their pay app to settle up
• Parade morning breakfast, set the table, and a job list for everyone helping in the kitchen

No AI, no subscription

You don't need AI for this. It works on its own. There's nothing to sign up for and no monthly fee. You just need the Helper.

How you get it

This isn't a PDF or a printable. It's an interactive planner that opens in your web browser on my website. After checkout, log in to your Grace Collective account with the same email you used to buy it, and your Helper opens right there. When you're done planning, you can save your plan and shopping list as a PDF, or print them if you like. No printer needed.

Please read before you buy

• Use your phone, tablet, or computer, whatever you like best. It's made to work great on a phone, and Thanksgiving Day mode is built for your phone in the kitchen. Just pick one device and finish where you start.
• Your plan saves only on the device and browser you use. I can't see your plan, and I can't get it back if it's lost.
• iPhone and iPad (Safari) can erase saved website data if you don't open the Helper for about a week. Clearing your history or using a private window erases it too. Open your Helper often and use "💾 Back up or load my plan" to keep a copy.
• Times and amounts are general estimates. You're in charge of your own cooking and food safety. Always follow your package directions and check that your turkey reaches 165°F.
• Because this is a digital product, all sales are final.
